So unprofessional staff really rude no respect for customers but locals not clean sitting isn't comfortable if you ask for waiters no response and if they do they behave so rude heaters for only display can run more than 10 minutes no gas in it if you demand to change you ll get the answer we dont have any .sheesha is nice but they wont come to you to.change the coal until you ask again and again tables are nasty of you ask to clean it they ll clean it with tissues infrom of you mostly food and sheesha options they have mentioned on menu is not available they ll ask you for the bill even you are not done with food and stuff so unprofessional
environment is nice open air but if you are local highly recommended not for foreigners
