Was the most amazing experience! We had such a blast with the guy chasing with a taser and running around, most puzzles were easy after we figured it out but amazing experience!!! Highly recommend

It’s a recommended to go. we came as group for team building . The ambiance when you enter the lobby is already scary, the scent of the room is addictive. for customer service, John was Funny, kind and friendly and he guide us well. He will also scare or creep you! watch out!

We played the ritual and as a puzzle lover, rhythm of the puzzle and riddles matches room by room but.

Suggestion: it’s over all amazing experience but i suggest to put glow-in-the dark paints to avoid accidents in the darkness and add more actors

Escape room was good, scary and exciting. However, they made us pay 100 dirhams for only a one minute recap footage of our 1 hour experience. One minute! All because they don’t have people the ‘equipment’ to get the full video when it is just downloading the film from the cameras (that are present in each room). It’s quite preposterous that we can’t even look back at the footage despite paying additional for the footage. He said that only the basement escape room had full footage but during a past experience we got only a one minute clip for that room as well. People fix your system this is a truly disappointing situation.

THIS PLACE. It’s so cool, the place itself gives off a nice feeling, the scent in the place is so addicting, the whole setting and everything about it is awesome! The ritual is REALLY dark but REALLY good? And The basement is SO good as-well!! I suggest going here if yu wanna start with a good horror escape room.

We enjoyed it but had couple disappointed. We started 15 minutes late from our appointment. Some puzzle didn't make sense, things felt like missed placed or not returned to it's original place after the previous group have played.
and we were guided all the whole time which its not really good. Hints were odd.
We didn't feel or see anything from the given story.
The room was so dark but then our eyes got adjustment which it's good.

Things to improve:
Small lights like glowing, reflecting paint here and there could have improved the safety of this place to avoid injuries.

Make a small puzzle room for adult because this feels focus on teenagers and kids.
I would love to come again only to focus on the puzzle where these puzzle make sense rather than guessing and hidden items.

Exciting and fun, but short and expensive and not as scary as expected ..

I'm sorry I have to give my honest opinion.. I did have fun, probably mostly because I was with friends, but I did feel I got ripped off as I had higher expectations..

It was a spooky and exhilarating experience. But the scary part about this whole thing is the anticipation and expectations within you, knowing that you're entering a place where you expect something to scare you or give you a fright at any corner or when opening a drawer or a door, etc. However.. Well I don't want to spoil it, let's just say, lower your expectations..

And I would have liked it to be longer.. There aren't many puzzles to go through, before you know it, you're done and it's over.. The puzzles are fun but not that challenging.

I couldn't sleep that night, coming up with ideas that would have made it better.

The staff is friendly and they try to creep you out, but the place lacks a theme. It feels like random spooky stuff put together. Starting with the lobby, there are unrelated statues, action figures, posters from games or movies. And it feels more like a private business. The props used are kinda cheap. The guy on the PA speaker kept telling us to be careful not to damage the items (which made the experience feel more cheap.)

They have a washroom that could have been cleaner.

Overall, it's a fun experience with friends, but way too expensive for what we get in return. For that amount paid, I would expect something way better and more professional. They could use a lot of improvements.

Scary and thrilling experience!
We were a group of 4 people and we tried the basement room. There is a live actor inside, which added a very scary element to the game. The challenge itself was not so difficult, but there was one lock that was already open (from previous game), so it took away some of the difficulty.
Overall experience was worth it. Excited to try out the other rooms!

It was incredibly spooky, but the service and help was amazing! Me and my family had one heck of a time, and I mean it, all while enjoying it along the way, the puzzles tested your intelligence and wit, and the spool factor was off the charts! A devil with a teaser would come every now and then and spook the players if they take too long on a part, and for the fun of it :D
