I visited other delivery company (UPS), I got a quote, but DHL quote was cheaper 100 AED and with one more item (Apple Watch) which UPS is not shipping. Was happy with the experience, the receipt person on the place Mr.Lawrence is so helpful and answering in stride. Went to him second day to change part of the address he was so welcoming and nice. Will add more to the review after my shipment arrive as estimated 7 days after handling.

Best Courier service honestly - they said they will deliver within 2 days and delivered on time. Staff were very helpful and experienced. Price was a bit high but it’s worth it if you need something delivered by hand and on time.

Very slow service my package is already there and they are taking so long to deliver it to me also someone in dhl said that they left it somewhere in a random shop that makes no sense why do u drop my parcel there ??!!

Met a lady at the office who gives an assurance that the parcel will be delivered to my provided address and says not to pay the custom fee till I receive the package. Fast forward to five days later and the same lady at the airport road branch says that’s not accurate information and asks me to describe her as proof we spoke. After making the custom payments she’s unreachable. Super unprofessional, it’s been 6 days and I’ve yet to receive my parcel! 1 star if you’re receiving a dhl parcel.

I went there with confusion, their supportive staff handle everything with professionalism and calmness.

Got every bit of accurate information required and they helped a lot.

Not all DHL centers have high standard of customer service.
