Wish to see more hospitality: receptionist was not by the counter, out of all guests we were made to wait (even though there were more than three tables empty), the rest were proceeding without any waiting time. After setting down and placing the order, the team decided to clean under our table. Upon paying, the checkout was not smooth as an assistant was not happy with us splitting the bill. Prices are affordable food is tasty, they did their best to confirm the spices and allergies. I have mixed feeling about service but I would give them another chance.

They make such mouth-watering dishes and we love how flavorful the xiao long bao's soup (forgot to take photos for the other dishes), a little bit pricey but worth every penny. Staffs were very nice and accommodating. Overall great service ????????????

Always our preferred restaurant if we’re looking a Taiwanese / Chinese food. So glad that finally, we have in Abu Dhabi as we only had it before in Dubai. A recommended place to eat with friends and family or special someone. You get what you paid for. Totally worth it.

One of the best Din Tai Fung branches ever. The dumplings were served fast and steaming hot, just how I like them. My daughter and I were so pleased with the food and staff were very friendly and courteous. An enjoyable experience indeed! The cutest part was that you get to watch how dumplings are made ????????

DTF is at the top of the list of our fave restaurants. We've visited its 3 branches here in the UAE (MOE, DM and today it's our 3rd time here in Galleria). We've not changed our orders as we probably will never get tired of them (in the photos) and would not leave without our take aways. They have the same menu here in the UAE but I realised that they have modified the menu in other countries (we've tried a branch in the Philippines and looking forward to visit their main branches in Taiwan or Hongkong). The branch here in Galleria has more seating capacity (unlike that of MOE), hence, no wait time.

Really good food we enjoyed a lot only the noodles was not as we expected but the chicken wontons was amaaaiinggg we order it 2 times
And the juice was wow I have take orange juice and strawberri with lemon it’s was amazing I can come again only for the juice wow
Just I asked to not put oyster sauce but they can’t change recipe but I wish if they could do that sometimes because some people can’t eat sea food
But otherwise I have enjoy

1 word DELICIOUS!!!
Lovely ambience, and the server Andy are very kind and attentive, I was expressing how I love spicy food, and he proceed with bringing us with 2 kind of sliced chili and a chili oil, great initiative, appreciate that a lot!

Ordering experience:-

1- Select your preferred seating place.
2- They'll give you a menu and a form. You will fill the form based on the food items and the portions on the menu provided.
3- Every dish served from the menu, the staff will cross it.
4- Most of the drinks are free refills, they'll do it for you until you stop them.

Overall, It was great experience, the resturant is so clean and neat. The staff are so professional and friendly. The resturant have outdoor and indoor dining. The menu suits different categories as they have small and big portions with Vegy and non-vegy meals. The drinks refill is unlimited. They are fast and accurate. They don't have reservations.
