I used to love this boutique in Marina Mall but my past few experiences have caused me to resent it. I’m begging you bring back the girls who understood and loved the brand. Usually I’d go in and I could ask what do you recommend? Now I just don’t know how to run faster. Yesterday my husband forced me to go in and it wasn’t nice. Rude staff, speaking in Arabic just so you don’t understand what they’re saying, the lady extremely unpresentable, showing very little knowledge but keen to oversell stuff I didn’t want. My husband got stuff for around 1300aed, no samples offered which I always expect as I get them in Sephora even when I buy Dior items. The manager or whoever was came at the till to only speak in Arabic and had his eyes in his cells all this time. I already told my husband he needs to switch to another brand as I will never shop from Dior again. There’s need for training in basic mannerisms, basic customer skill, how to present yourself as a representative of such lovely brand. Shame what has become of this beautiful boutique. Of course there’s always online shopping but when you pay 50-100$ Per product you wanna make sure you buy what you want. I don’t recommend this location.

After buying few skin products and make up, i found out when i reached home that the foundation that IMAN HASSAN the beauty consultant tried on me is totally different from what i was given, much darker than my skin color with the cancealer that i will not be able to use , so when i came back to change it , they said it will not be possible as it was used once even if it was the consultant fault , and i accepted the product before leaving DIOR store and i have to talk to the manager IMAD after 3 days because he was off to explain the situation , so i had to comeback after 3days as i kept the foundation and the cancealer with them , the manager was not in the store , they had to call him , and when he came , he gave me zero attention , as he was talking on his phone outside the store and looking at me from afar , after entering he approached me with a very bad attitude saying "YES" no welcoming no nothing , like if he was working in a very cheap brand . Even his style and image looked like he just woke up as his suite was all wrinkled and tight ,after explaining that i was given the wrong product , he said that IMAN will not lie , as if i was the one lying , and he said that he already contacted DIOR and he will see what they will do and he said they will change it for sure.
I believed him and left the store,after 3days again i received a call from a philipino lady from the store not even him because he doesn't care of course , saying to come and collect my own products as it will not be changed .
Very disappointing from such a huge known brand first of all to hire such unprofessional staff caring just about their monthly targets and salary and not the customer satisfaction and second to be cheap with your customers after paying more than a 1600aed just this time.
It will be my last time buying from Dior as i call this stealing and not selling and i have to threw my money in the garbage as i can't use the 2 products .
