Nice room for mother and baby inside the store. Yesterday I have noticed that pillows are dirty and sofa needs dry cleaning. I also once seen personel of the store seating there. I draw attention of management to improve the room sanitation. Thank you

Centre point is one of the landmark group shop in UAE. This shop in marina mall have huge collection of clothing for women, and men. Collection start from the newborn baby from adult. They have huge collection of casual wear, party wear, formal wear, sports wear, etc. They have huge collection of offer items, flat percentage items, buy one get one items etc. They have good quality of perfume for men and women. They have shoes collection. One of the biggest branch in abudhbi. All the staff or very helpful and much appreciated. They have very less counters for billing. Need to increase it in the week ends peek time. Must visit shop in marina mall.

I really like this place! It has so many things. The staff there is very friendly and well-trained. The prices there are really good. I personally love going to this place to buy some clothes for home like pajamas. In the end, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Babyshop is my favorite place in centerpoint, except in this branch! The shopping experience is horrible, their cashier and staff are so loud, they keep chatting with each other like in a gathering and not helping the customers. Everytime I try to shop here I just want to leave without buying anything because of this issue.

We waited in the queue for 15 minutes and they didn’t finish the 2 that we’re paying or direct us to another till. They just let us wait there. Me and 2 other customers dropped our things and left. Very bad customer service for people who are willing to buy.

Always a good variety of clothes. Good quality and affordable. I bought school shoes for my daughter today and Mary from the shoe section assisted me. She is the best. Very helpful, always doing her best to help her customers. I really appreciated it.

Centerpoint has variety of stuff. Home decoration, office and school materials, conmetics, etc. Very good location. However, I have a concern and bad experience with the cashiers. They are rude. Although they utter thank you and welcome, however they are not customer oriented at all, they treat lined up customers with disgrace when they call next. I myself witnessed a very bad incident on 26/02/21 when the cashier murmured bad words in tagalog when the customer in front of me left. I faced her then she became more rude and hurried up to finish and to take next customer. Rude staff at the counter. More attention is required.

Today I purchased sports trouser from Centerpoint Marina Mall. The cashier forgot to remove safety tag. I am totally confusing how can remove that tag.
