Rude is overrated, I would say discriminatory staff this time.

Went to ask for their new product jadore les Adorables and blotting paper.

Saleslady covered in sheyla, told me we dont have that here. I said its online is it possible to know when they are having it in-store.

She said "why do u ask? Are you going to buy?"
I told her I wont be asking her and wasting both our times if I dont. She repeatedly asked if I will buy and i keep saying yes.
She said they need training for the product and no it wont come for months.

I dont understand what type of training they need for blotting papers on face.
Still she asked for my number and soon she found out I was platinum member, she suddenly changed and asked for me to have a seat or to have coffee.

Service to customers should not be based on aesthetics , race, gender, color.

What a fantastic experience yesterday at Dior Marina Mall! And ofcourse its always the energy of the people who represent the brand that can make your experience WOW! What I loved about Fatima was her patience and professionalism. I took so much time looking at every dior product and she was with me all the way without any pressure. She suggested some amazing dior makeup products that I LOVED and by the end I had bought everything I loved! The products are superior and the guest experience was WOW! I'm definitely a new Dior Fan!
