Good chocolate waffles, pancakes sweets shop in Al Ain City located in Al Ain mall / new extension at restaurants corner. It is always busy. Staff are very polite and helpful. Tasty sweets. Hot drinks are average. Cold drinks are good. Recommend place for kids. Prices are little higher than what it should be.

Ok, so if you haven't been to a Dip n Dip this where you should start. The place sells sweet crepes and they are indeed very good at what they do. The food isn't healthy as each crepe will probably rack 1000 calories but it's delicious comfort food. The place is very famous and is always full of customers. Staff are very nice. Prices are average. Beautiful seating area.

Prices are dramatically increasing for no reason prices now are more than double , and services are dramatically lower,
