Good day jollibee. please check the sauce of spaghettie carefully, already had bad smell. also the mushrooms in burger steak had smell. i dont have time to return it back to your brach but i swear i didnt eat it ????????. this is the last time i will order to you, careless!

Pls orient your staff duty on april 20, 2023 at 830pm, service is very very bad! Were waiting for 15 mins my order is already there but they are not serving it. They dont check my receipt. They have no presence of mind, worst than rude.

VERY VERY BAD.
I ordered Loaded fires, the potatoes were dry the chicken is dry, no sauce, no cheese, it was just dry and bland. The spaghetti is TOO sweet and there is not enough sauce, and the sausage had no taste. The fried chicken was okay not the best but also not the worst. The hotdog was the only good item.

Great choice, burgers, spaghetti, hot dogs,chicken all washed down with cola float

Good prices and eating area.

If there's less than 1 star i will give .i write in the comments this message **The 9pcs Mega Meal Deals can you replace the 1 spaghetti to French fries,because I'm not eating sweet food.Hope my requests will be grant.Thank you Godbless and please make fresh newly cook** but it has been ignored also food is cold and they give more breast .I will never order again.

Jollibee, Al Ain Mall- first, my order was delivered after more than an hour. But its fine, I understand that maybe the fast food store was really busy or the rider might got into traffic. But you just gave me a real mess meal. The drinks was dripped outside the cup. The carton looked so messed up that u can't even imagine what happened to the food inside. I'm not a hater but pls make sure that you may give the satisfaction to all of your customers even if it is through dine in, take away or delivery. ????
P.s the fries was way too hard to eat and the chicken was not crispy at all. Maybe because it was outside for a long time. I love the burger anyway.✌

I do appreciate your Food Taste so Please monitor your staff like they’re not customer-oriented, curses & heavy jokes in front of families. As well considering hygiene is a must especially kitchen staff..
