Timing is 2:30AM but i reached at 2:00AM they are saying we are closed very disappointing staff real felt bad for Dominos

They give you wrong information and ask you to write a review. After spending 15 minutes for nothing he said I have to do it again. Also he couldn’t find me on the system even though I ordered before. Horrible. Wasted my time and used personal info for nothing.
Only thing is Food was ok.

Domino’s Pizza

New branch located in Central Mall

I received a text message that Domino’s have a special offer for today. So I placed my order on the website for collection.

99 dhs for 3 medium pizzas, potato wedges, buffalo chicken and a 2.25 L soda.

I ordered the Superb Cheese. Chicken Jalapeños and 4 cheese pizzas.
Pizzas were very good. Specially the signature sauce. You could taste the fresh tomatoes and herbs which I really liked.

Website is difficult to navigate but eventually managed to place my order.

We had a big order at Dominos central mall and we were absolutely alarmed from how professional , and friendly the staff was .We started our order with Ahmed who was very professional and took our order , assured us they can do the amount and be on time . They actually opened2 hours earlier to fullfill the order on time . A follow up call from Suhail the store manager on the same day to get full details and confirm specifics . On the day , more than 100 pizzas were ready on time , warm and freshly baked . Two staff members helped me deliver the pizza to the event location . This store is a gem . Very very pleased customer , looking forward to ordering there again many times .

Worst dominos branch ever.. you will not believe how bad is there customer service.. management there is totally absent. Waiting for more than 15min to order although no customers are there.. they took my order and say wait for 20 min and before I got my change back another staff member said wait for 40 min!! What a bad branch!!

Domino's pizza Central mall it's best place for pizza no.1 branch in Abu dhabhi there staff it's so politely and helping and services are assumes and there is one Egyptian guy dahi was so helpful and Great order taker and very clean place I have suggested ever one come with his family and friends.

I recommend that branch five stars, always staff smiling, helpful and fast service.
Special thanks to Mr. Ali; he is accommodating and smartly dealing with the customers.

I face worst experience ever for Piza today in dominos central mall,
Even chef don’t know to adjust salt,
I will always ask my friends and colleagues to stay away from this branch.
