Unique Flavours & Friendly Staff

The sandwiches are shaved off the Grill and they are so soft and flavorsome. I liked the beef better but the chicken is also very unique. The loaded Aries with hummus and salad are also sooo good.

The staff are so friendly, energetic and chirpy. Loved the service. They explained the menu items in detail and take pride in the flavors they produce.

Recommend it to all. 5 Stars

So I tried the delicious “Original Berlin Doner” from Doner and Gyros and it was very fulfilling and delicious to the core. Meat was very juicy, veggies were fresh and bread was fresh, warm and perfectly crisp. The whole combination of ingredients made it a perfect meal for my taste buds and overall health. The staff at their WTC branch is also very well mannered and professional. This place is completely recommended from my side. You all must go and try it. ????????????????

Aside from the slightly high prices and a bit of dry beef, the fast food place is quite good and the service is fast and courteous. There isn't much variety of dishes but it a great place for a quick, healthy bite!! I would definitely go back.

They close way earlier than the mall - usually food courts operate at least an hour more.

Felt that the staff was not interested in selling stuff. Always closed....???????????? @doner team: please look into it..

The taste is good ???? but I don't feel its enough for even single person with high price. There is very few chicken and more ???? fries mixed and cheese cream added on the top. Its not worth for the price they take
For me I like the taste, but its waste of money if your hungry.
Better to take sandwiches instead of the meal

I tried the original berlin doner; not that tasty to be honest; the quality of the food is not like before

Staff are nice, however the food was old and looks like from previous day.
Full of oil/ not fresh especially the beef.
Not recommended at all.

It's located in WTC food court. The food is pretty delicious. Use smile app for buy 1 take 1.

Car park is run down, barrier broken, shuts promptly and only accepts cash. Beware if coming back in from Regent's Street, they shut the barrier inside about 40 minutes before the center closes, and it's a long walk round. No warning either.

Parked here and we had a great walk around the shops it cost us £1 to park for just over an hour

Easy to find but let down by having to pay with coins only! Warning, it does not accept card payments at all!

It's OK central to shops signage could be clearer..we found it a bit confusing not badly priced

The car park didn't have signs for disabled parking. I would expect a sign to say 'go to floor 3a' as most cities label the floors.
We took a while to find the disabled parking bays, we need side space and chevrons to get the wheelchair close by the car. There was only 1 left when we arrived.
Payment machine is easy to use. Plastic coins, given on entry, can be validated with the machine.
Security guy at the precinct entrance helped me to push the wheelchair up the huge slope at the entrance. Security u003d 10/10

Bit run down. OK variety of shoes, either expensive or cheap though. Good cheap secure parking over several levels

Parked here for 2 nights fairly priced at £9 per night, and close to our hotel so it was ideal for me, closes at 7pm so be careful staying for a day, it is cash only which is a bit of of a downer and don’t lose the yellow token it cost £9 to replace, surrounding area of car park looks run down but ok, would use the car park again if I had to.
