I m very disappointed about DR CARGO. Especially customer service facility guy ...very irresponsible and irrelevant way of communication. next time I didn't send through your system. I send my cargo more than 60 days ago still now didn't reach. I m upset about them's dealing.

The service provided by DR cargo is absolutely below standard. My first shipment was delivered at location with heavy damages to the goods. But after discussion, they offered a reduced rate on the next shipment.Hence the next shipment was also sent through DR cargo, and this shipment haven't arrived at location even after after 2months.

Sent luggage from Abudhabi to Hyderabad on 26th Nov-20 and till now (2nd June-21) cargo is not delivered. After 6 months I am sure the luggage (cloths) and other items must have damaged. Request for compensation for the items.

Very poor service, no commitment .very late response shine from 2 months still shipment is in transit. When I call the person shafique after hearing my name his answer is he is busy he will call back but till now no call back very upset with the service ,

Making review after 3Months, Very poor service. 3 Months before i send the cargo still not received.,and no idea about the cargo they are not responsive about our valuable cargo and damn customer care.

Joined this club at the beginning of last season and have had a great time playing rugby, making friends and having fun. Recommend for anyone wanting to play rugby with any level of experience.
