1- the guy is not around I’ve been told by other shop he’s outside on the phone (15-20) minutes away. Not a surprise when I look at another person comment.
2- rude with his response & poor manner, with no respect.
3- I asked him politely to finish his personal phone call and then later we can proceed with my matter, He refused to close the phone call and to tell him the reason why I come (no privacy)
4- He keep saying that I give him the wrong phone number.
5- clueless of the process and helpless.
6- waste of time and energy in that location.
