There is no identification Mark or symbol out side the atm counter... so difficult to find the counter

A long queue will be seen every evening for ADCB atm since cash deposit facility also available.Those who are in need to use the DIB atm pls dont stand in the queue and use the ATM. Since its single entry some people wait in ADCB queue by mistake. Hope its a useful tip.

DIB and ADCB. Dib widthrawal ONLY no deposit. ADCB both withrawal and deposit.

Absolutely poor customer service. The waiting time for pick up from Gatwick, NORTH terminal was 45 minutes. Speaking operator 3x yes taxi is coming in next 10 min etc. Next time don't use them, use Uber you will be twice home by this time. The taxi never arrived after waiting 45 minutes as they have cancelled my booking without letting me know!

Couldn't book a cab! The app and contacts wouldn't allow me to prebook a cab for a cab from Gatwick to Manchester

Brilliant and reliable service arrived at Gatwick Airport to go to Heathrow Airport. First company I found was app cars originally they told me 15-20 minutes but got here within 10 minutes Driver name was Shaan very friendly driver and had conversation and car was immaculate will definitely be recommending to any family, friends and work colleagues who travel to Gatwick airport. Great service guys keep up the good work.

My cousin booked a car for my return from holiday after I had a bad experience with one of the local cab companies who cancelled 20 mins before I was due to leave for the airport, so I did not book a return journey.
The car was at the airport when I arrived and I had a text from the company and directions on where to meet my driver.
My driver was a female who was very helpful. She is so honest (driving car no 025) the fare had gone down in price from what had been quoted originally when she dropped me off. She then came back to my house to tell me and to give me back the extra that I had paid.
I thought the service was professional, helpful with luggage, they were on time and do not charge waiting time.
After a long haul flight all you want to do is get home quickly.
the prices are very good.

I booked at taxi to take me to my cousins wedding. Excellent service I didn't have to wait a long time. The driver was on time for pickup and drop off.
Will definitely be using app cars again. ????

Used this company first time today as my local taxi company couldn’t provide me a taxi today. Driver arrived on time and helped assist me with my shopping to the car from Asda and then from the car to the door thank you to driver 801 for helping me.

I used App Cars from Haywards Heath to the airport for our recent holiday, Ayman was the driver very polite, car was spotless, turned up on time and the drive was a pleasure. Brand new car and will be using again ! If only these guys were based in Haywards Heath other compaines could learn from them !
