Donuts are ok, but the service is really TERRIBLE. They force you to buy medium box (16 pieces) not 8 or 4 pieces per the menu!! Almost an hour to get just 1 box? The person takes your order and disappear, someone else walks with your box and look at car plats!! Business owner should seriously read these reviews and work on his business otherwise he will lose more customers.

Donuts are tasty price within the range but I think they need to work more on customer service.

We got donuts from this place a few times, but this time it gave us food poisoning. My kids have been vomitting since the morning. There really should be an inspection in this place to check their hygiene standards. The donuts may taste good, but there's always a chance that the hygiene standards have been compromised.

Too much delay and they keep taking orders, I have been waiting for more then one hour for just 8 pice of donuts!!

I try today The hot Chocolate the cream and marshmallow and chocolate was very nice but the drink was normal.

I tried both branches here and in Shajrah Muwilah.

The family box is much preferable for me as it contains the donuts and the cinnamons and it is best for sharing. The prices for the small portion is high, but for the family price box is much convenient.

I do prefer the cold coffee they provide the signture cold latte.

I ordered 8 pieces and I only ate 1 because I found a hair in my donut :) plus it’s really overpriced so I expected for it to be at least clean but I guess not lol. But the donut was actually yummy it was unfortunate that I found a hair because I would’ve liked to eat the rest. I went to the branch near mushrif park so maybe the other branches are cleaner idk.

I just left the shop without the coffee or donuts cuz they made us wait for more than 40 mins and simply ignored our order while giving everyone else’s
Am disappointed event though i love their donuts and coffee
