Last Dec I purchase iPhone 14max from their store by using NBD card with 24 months EMI.
But by the Store staff mistake and also their bank updation problem they didn't convert my plan into EMI and I got fine fee and interest from the bank and the store converted into 24 months interest rate plan. And I Contacted the store they told me they will fix the problem.
3 months I go and call the bank and store and atlast April it converted into 24 months no interest plan.
From the bank side they told convertion only can done by store only.
And I pay AED 436 interest for Phone because of fault of Store staffs.
The Accounts section they told it will clear they already mailed and everything but 3 months I payed Interest.
Atlast store manager Mr.Saud told me he will get the interest that I payed AED 436 from the Store.
Still from April I calling him he is not picking my phone and still I didnt get money back also. When I got store he will not there also.
Because of store Staffs I already lost AED 430.
The Sales staff also not in a good manner with customers.
They make me stand for 2 hour in their store for waiting their store manager.Sales staff customer approach is very bad.
Totally a worst experience I got from their store and I have lost money also.
Still I am calling Store manager.He is not picking phone.

But when I send my laptop to them for repair they asked you additional fees, they explained to me that the warranty package was not cover the damage.
This term and condition was not explained when they convince me to buy the warranty package.
They do anything just to make you spending more money on them.
Shame...so shame ecity
Additional information....the lady who serve me name Mayet was not profesional at all, lazy and liar. She promise me to get my laptop back after 2 days and it was nothing....
The company is liar and run by liar employee !!!!
