I went to try this pure vegetarian Indian restaurant in @alwahdamall AbuDhabi. It was bit noisy there as the restaurant had open seating inside the mall.
The ambiance was good. Food was served fresh and in no time. There Dosa was a hit indeed. The rest food I found was different in taste than usual but was good too. For me I would rate 3.5 overall.

Excellent food and coming from Mumbai couldn’t wait to grab my hands on Masala Papad, Samosa and Pav Bhaji.
Their Pav was so soft and buttery that I just kept on licking my fingers.
I liked their Samosa as well.
I loved their Veg. Manchow soup. It was delicious…????????????
Good place to go with family and the service is excellent.
You are never disappointed when you are in Kamat.????

Pani poori was below average. No proper stuffing, sweet and pani was very average in Quality.
Masala dosai is okay.
Bisibela Baath was not to the standard of Kamar. I never seen Bisibela Ba’ath made is basmati rice.
Biriyani was good.
Overall experience was an average only and compare to any Kamat Hotel”s standard this is well below.
Should improve in customer service. To get something we need to wait for the waiter to look at us.
For the value for money, again average only.

The food here is really soothing and takes us back to our home country.
We loved the babycorn mushroom masala - it was mildly spicy and creamy, enjoyed it with some good butter roti (really soft)
Veg seekh kebab was also good so was veg Hyderabadi biriyani.
Sweet corn soup was lil too sweet, other than that everything was great.
Service and ambience is just okay.

Bhelpuri was okay but not amazing be because the sause was not on point.
The place is okay. But the staff ruin everything. The contemporary style, modern look and everything is perfect. But staff behavior is very bad, unprofessional & not approachable at all. Simply they don't smile, many restaurants they serve average food but with good staff performance we feel good. But here that's not the case. Staff is very poor behavior and not welcoming at all. You wont get a slight smile or welcome feel from anybody.
I haven't tried anything else so I'm not going to comment on any other foods.
JUST CONSULT ON A GOOD HOTEL MANAGEMENT TEAM FOR STAFF BEHAVIOR i would say.

Even the chutney and sambar was tasteless
Just do yourself a favor and try the South Indian food ( especially the tomato chili utappam ) at sangam near WTC. Then you will know how real South Indian food is supposed to taste like.
Really disgusting experience at kamat - had to throw it in the dustbin
