I would highly recommend this dentist as they are by far the best I have ever been to. Everyone is so kind, friendly and professional, we always feel very welcome whenever we visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had the most amazing dental treatments at Burnbank Dental care. All the practice staff are super helpful and my dentist Stephen is just amazing at his job. From a really complex root treatment, routine dental checkups and recently some amazing cosmetic work with composite bonding to give me the smile I’ve always wanted. It can be hard to find a great dentist you can trust, so I feel really lucky to have found Stephen and this practice!

The dentist that works there called Ruth isn’t the best dentist I am still in pain due to work of hers. She is also a bully and has decided to bully me for questioning things she has done. Loads of negligence and discrimination due to me having a learning disability. This dentist is continuing to show childish behaviour. I would avoid this dental practice and her as a dentist at all cost. She is getting reported to the board, MP, ombudsman and anyone else I can. If the bullying doesn’t stop I will also go to the local paper. Adding to my review. Left a comment on their post on their Facebook page about bullying as they seem to have put a post up about abuse on their page on the day they decided to remove me as a patient for nothing. I would really like to listen to phone recordings! I was polite on the phone. No abuse what so ever. They deleted my comment and they have blocked me from their page. The dentist in question is also away to be investigated. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! After having to put in another complaint I would advice having someone in with you at all times because this dentist likes to lie. It also seems like they try and con you out of cash. I am having to pay for another dentist to fix work they did. Worst dentist I have ever came across.

I had a really nice time at Burnbank, from the nurses to the dentists to the reception ladies. I was seen by Dr Ruth and she was was so lovely and reassuring, it made me feel at ease for a procedure that was worrying me for a long time. I look forward to returning as I feel in safe hands with their professional, friendly staff. Thanks again, G.

Burnbank dental care is a lovely practice with amazing, conscientious staff. The team are so positive and kind, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would highly recommend this practice!

Dentist was lovely on initial visit and I was surprised when they had space to register when everywhere else was full then dealt with a receptionist and clinical manager and understood why they had space.
Receptionist was terrible to deal with and so argumentative and rude - will not be back. They took no blame regarding a lack of clear information, even when trying to explain in a calm manner. Should have a think about how they speak to people.

First visit today after being with previous dentist for over 20 years. Lovely team, reception staff were very friendly and I was seen by Steve Duggan. Felt so relaxed and certainly won't feel anxious when I go back in 6 months. Big thanks to all the team.
