We recently had an exceptional stay at the exquisite Queens Palace Abu Dhabi. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was warmly welcomed by the attentive staff who made sure every aspect of our stay was perfect.

The room was elegantly furnished and impeccably clean, providing all the comforts one could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.

Throughout my stay, I couldn't help but notice the attention to detail and dedication of the staff. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay.

The hotel's location was also a major plus, as it was conveniently situated near popular attractions and public transportation, making it easy to navigate the city.

Our overall experience at Queens Palace was nothing short of extraordinary, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. I'm already looking forward to returning on my next visit to this beautiful city.

Not call bad but not good for family hotel until 4am have much heavy sounds can’t sleep no have parking stuff is Good but Not a family hotel, full of drunk people!!! Not safe for ladies! Many bars in this hotel, when you open the door front have some drunk people and bad ladies so don’t book for family!

Worst customer service ever. They did not allow entry saying they need to see original hard copy of Emirates ID. I showed them everything on UAE pass app but they did not accommodate at all and were very rude. Pathetic service

Positive: Nicely appointed rooms with rich wood paneling in a good location close to downtown, and front desk staff are very nice . For the money it is a great value relative to other hotels in the area. Negative: They are kind of sticklers about check-in time . They asked for another -- dirham to check in early, almost fifty percent of room rate, though to their credit check-in time of 2:00 is earlier than almost all hotels. TV channels are quite limited.

Decent rooms for a decent price!. I stayed there in the month of December 2022 and the charge per night was Aed 285/-. The location of the hotel is good with lots of restaurants nearby. The breakfast being served was the worst! They only served scrambled eggs, 1 veg dish with bread and parathas and boiled eggs and sausages. They served margarine instead of butter!!

unfortunately the internet wifi is very poor and slow. can’t use even youtube or watsap. very disappointed for staying 4days????????????????

Myself and my husband came across here today and we absolutely love it here! The decor is amazing and the staff are so lovely and helpful.
Service with a smile!

We ordered a toastie with salad and also a separate salad with salmon and was recommended a lemon dressing to go with the salmon.
We also had a cappuccino and a latte and the gentleman did lovely art on top of them.

We will definitely be returning soon.

Beautiful artisan coffee - the picture speaks a thousand words :) This is a good spot for a meeting or to just catch up on work. Laptop friendly.

Sparkling utility decor. Well served, good quality coffee. Friendly staff. Attention to detail. Prices in line with most coffee shops in the UK: way too high making a coffee out a luxury (this place is no better nor worse). I’d bring family and friends when visiting town.

We like this place and the ambience. It's not the cheapest but we enjoy their coffee.
On a personal note I find the menu a touch limited and 'young' (I'm 62 and very 'traditional '.
Do not ignore the place on that comment, and for sure, we'll be back when we are in the area.
