My first time using a taxi to take me to Manchester airport, always used meet and greet, what a great service from me booking it at the office. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful,the morning we were going got a text saying driver is on their way ,on time and put all our luggage in the back for us,very friendly and took our luggage out for us when we got to the airport. When we got to Manchester airport i phoned and the lovely lady told me our driver was 10 minutes away ,he phoned me and told me where to wait ,because i wasn't sure ,he arrived in 5 mins and we were 1hr late ,excellent service from start to the end of our holiday, friendly, professional on time ,very happy, will definitely us again ,thank you ABC taxis.

Really a simple to book at a great price and the communication was just brilliant they confirmed by email and text and also I knew my drivers name. All at an incredibly good competitive price. I will be using them from now on. Recommend them highly.

Never again. As working as a residential carer I pre order to arrive late in for my train in Runcorn, arrived 30 mins late I call three times, when driver arrived he’s arrogant rude and tells me it’s not his issue.

In my opinion people pay for quality in which this was not. Late and rude please look up APEX much more responsible and extremely accommodating.

I posted more than 1100 reviews for ABC Taxis Service to their 11 links on Google.

I do my job with authenticity the reviews are still alive but the company didn’t pay for my work.

Now I would like to request the owner considering the matter regarding all of the issues within 24hours, otherwise I will post negative reviews all of the links.

Driver was exceptional!!! Very nice and friendly!!! They however didn't get my ride to me on time, due to having my incorrect number. Which has never happened to me before, and my ride was pre-scheduled!!

Never have issues, arrive very fast, arrived in less that five mins from Warrington pick up and got home in five minutes, lovely drivers and love what they do. Great company nice to see more of them in Widnes area.

Probably the best taxi service I've used. The person taking the booking was extremely polite and repeated the booking back to me for confirmation purposes (Usually taxis rush things and get it wrong). The driver was on time, kind, chatty and even waved us off at the airport! There's even a link they send you to follow your taxi so you know where it is. Card/cash accepted too. Finally a modern taxi service :) Fully switched over now to ABC.

Great service, friendly driver. They didn’t send a confirmation email after booking online but I called and they had my reservation.
