My courier was delayed due to technical issues but Erica stepped up and handled everything very well. Truly appreciate it. If not for her, I wouldn’t be giving the five stars. Thank you once again.

Don't Trust this courier company, they r providing the worst services, and don't expect for them to pick up any courier on time and sometimes will not. And overall Tracking system is an utter failure. Please go with Aramex or any other like that if U want hassle free services.

On the phone I was told they could accommodate my request but once I went to office to complete the payment, I was told that I was wrong. After listening the recording of the conversation, they agreed to do the exception to do it, owning their mistake. There was a difference in prices as well from what was promised on the phone and what they were asking in person.
They filled the form, accepted the payment that was promised on the phone. To my surprise, they called me from First Flight saying that I owed money so the request wasn't finalized: they only agreed to get rid of me. How deceitful is that?

I really needed that paperwork done, so I ended up paying. Poor customer service (Abu Dhabi branch) but the job was done in time and manner in the end.

Utterly shambolic appointment service, even when asked for 2-3 weeks in advance. "I can only offer you something if it's a medical emergency"! What happens if someone simply wants to discuss an ongoing problem that has no diagnosis despite numerous investigations, no-one is taking ownership of? Even escalating concerns, raised by a medical professional, about a loved one can't get past the impenetrable firewall. A total disgrace. And to be told, "I don't know why it's like that"!! Well, find out and sort it.

Can never get an appointment at moment so tell me what is it going to be like when the houses Bill Bowles appealed to get planning permission to be built at Pitskelly area (200 houses), what an earth is it going to be like in future? These houses might average 3 people so that is an extra 600 patients potentially. When I call, I always get asked "is it an emergency" and after explaining your issue, one of the ladies who are not medically trained in any way then tell you they do not agree with you that it is an emergency, so no appointment or doctor call back will be available to you, just a disgrace. How many people have had unknowingly had a serious issue to be told by the lady on the phone "I do not think that is classed as an emergency". I personally think whoever this staff member is has likely caused many people to become seriously unwell or patients may even have died due to the lady's personal opinion as to what is classed as an emergency. I personally know of a friend who this happened to and it turned out that the symptoms explained to the lady on phone from reception who commented "that is not an emergency" but turned out the girl was having a DKA and ended up in a coma. Note to Practice Manager - Please train your staff manning the phones to not ask the patients "do you feel it is an emergency" as unless you are a doctor, it perhaps is unknowingly "an emergency".

With one small exception I have not bothered the health centre in over 10 years but the o ce I needed some help, not necessarily a GP I got the push off and try tomorrow.
When I pointed out politely but firmly this was unsatisfactory the receptionist immediately started cautioning me about recorded calls.
All this achieved was to upset and annoy me meaning I stopped any further conversation.
The fact I am now ill but not bothering them is probably a win for them.
In my 70s and I never thought it could get as bad as this.

4 days trying to get an appointment, even though I phoned at 8am sharp. Kept on hold for over an hour, to then find no appointments are left. Offered a Doctor's' ring back ', but told that the earliest available, is the following day in the afternoon. Then promised a Triage call, which just never happened. Clearly the system here isn't working. It should not take 4 days of absolute perseverance to get an appointment, to still end up with none. ( I must add that the receptionist whom I dealt with was extremely courteous )

The NHS is going rapidly downhill. Like others have said, it takes forever to speak to anyone at Carnoustie doctor's and when you do, you don't actually get an appointment, just get thrown in the lottery of waiting on a doctor to phone you!

On a recent visit to Scotland seeing family,.......managed to burn myelf quite badly and was taken to this centre!
Within an hour I was seen by Nurse Rosie and had treatment and dressings in place!

Very very impressed with care and concern shown.

Amazing experience !

Dr Morton at Carnoustie Medical Group is one of the finest GPs I have ever known. A kind, experienced and incredibly thorough doctor who is extremely professional, yet still retains the precious, old fashioned values as exemplified by the style "Dr Findlay's Casebook". Carnoustie Medical Group is a first class practice. From my experience the doctors and staff here ALWAYS go above and beyond the call of duty. As for the person on this Google ratings website who left a one star review because of a name change! What a rude person. She managed to find a gripe site easily enough. If you Google "Carnoustie doctor", the practice comes up very high in the ranking and is NOT difficult to find. I wonder if the doctor has a tablet to cure being stupid? Would receive a Nobel Prize if someone invented a remedy for that.
