Customer service just want to sell you products and promises you with the offer side giveaways, and when you ask for giveaways, they start giving excuses that products not available and they will bring it soon, they sell prices as any other store, and some are slightly higher with excuses for f giveaways and they can’t even deliver on them. I was promised a laptop bag, and it’s been 4 months and since then always with different excuses. Don’t listen to their fake sales excuses as they cannot deliver on that.

In e max I had very good experience after buying Samsung projector with help of Amith 5 stars to him .
He has excellent knowledge , he cleared all my doubts
Felt very happy after buying product
Over experience was amazing in e max
With such staff with patience

Very bad service and behaviour of sales man in abudhabi al whada mall branch they are talking like road side shop keeper giving wrong arguments no logic only talking I buy screen protector for my glaxy watch 5 Pro they charge 50 dhs its thing plastic sheet and also not fix properly. You can buy 10 dhs out side market even they fix better than emax.yesterday I went to showroom and show him.they don't have any answer only too much talking. It's was my v bad experience emax they are cheater

Very bad service. I went to buy samsung watch screen guard. They told the price is 50AED. It's ok because before that I purchased one from samsung showroom. But the service and quality is bad from e max. They are just giving one transperent cover like thin film and the service guy put new screen guard film on the top of old broken one. While asking he told me he thought it was screen broken. He don't have enough experince to recognise whether watch had screenguard or not. Don't buy screen guard for watch from emax. Now I have to again go to Samsung showroom to apply the best one. Not the thin film but the tempered glass one at the same price. I will never recommend anyone to go there. Bad product and bad service. Even he didn't applied that in a proper way. One edge portion is very bad in look now
