Spoilt ginger milk tea was received while ordered to go with bun. Disappointing, this has been my fav place and I'm visting them in multiple countries in different branches in past 6 years now. Multiple times it has happened the ginger milk to be broken while dine in and we get it replaced there. This time it was a take away order and I could not do anything about it, except write a google review.

I still love their Bun whilst craving for tea, I received spoilt tea. So sad and disappointed.

Very expensive and they always serve us the wrong order because they didn’t write it. The bun was very good. Their karak taste like ordinary.

Papa Roti is always a great option for cravings, but the spot in Al Wahda mall is beyond disappointing, service, the cheapest disposable cuterly and plastic cups. Completely cheaper than many branches previously visited, even in different countries. But ok, we were there for the buns... But we got disappointment.
Service took a ver long time, that's understandable. The worst part is we were served poorly baked buns, paler than the usual and not that crispy as the regular beautiful crust the buns should have. Also, my partner got his arm burnt with a lot of super hot butter dripping out, confirming the baking issue with the buns. The waitress serving us wasn't bad or good, just ok.

In the Center of Al wahda Mall with some music and silent as well as with busy staff always; the Staff around is professional

Their coffee bun is really delicious, but service is really slow or takes too long. Only one staff.
