Streamlined, easy in and out, paperless, very helpful and accommodating staff, I'm continually impressed by the efficiency of the government services here

Edit: went in again to get biometrics done for my family and realized they've got a coffee machine in the waiting area, and a play area for children, both of which I was unable to look more into because of how quick and streamlined everything was, hats off

As a newcomer to Alain UAE I struggled with rules and systems
When I went there I met the floor manager he was very nice and welcoming he helped me to get my ID i was not able to get it normally he used his personal effort to help me
This was a great favor that he did not have to do
Great hospitality and nice services
You guys making UAE Proud !!

I visited emirates ID office to check my iD status so there is very co oprateted staff they deal me very nicely and also security is dealing very well thanks for amazing service

Super fast services, everything is computerized and processing flow is remarkably smooth.. helpful staff.. The ambience is also very cool and relaxing. I finished my paperwork in less than 10 minutes!
