The person washing the car was indescribably rude. I would never go back even if they offered free car washes for life. I'd rather wash the car myself with a toothbrush.

Ive used it five times and never again. That guy needs to change his attitude to other people. Very rude. Its not people mate its your aprroach to your own life.

Having used this business many times I arrived looking for a valet. I was asked to drive into the wash area. I explained I wanted a valet and was told to leave my car there & then. I explained I had a baby on the car and he said ‘and..?’ There was a queue behind me and in front so I queried how I’d fit the pram out of the garage with cars blocking the way. He said just try it. He was beyond rude and snappy.

I trusted his judgment and started to get the pram out but the floor was obviously soaking and filthy so I obviously didn’t want to put the pram body down in that. Plus it would have taken me a little while to get the pram, bags etc and the baby out, all while people were waiting behind and in a filthy garage with engines running. Far from suitable!! I won’t be back. Why couldn’t he just have let me go to the valet area to unload?? Ranting loudly at me as I left is no way to run a business!
