I visited 2 times here and i got excellent service.
There were enough staff and front office staff provided token.. The person who assisted was very polite and delivered my parcel immediately..

It was my first time to visit this place and I was very pleased with their level of organization and professionalism in service delivery. My first observation was that the main entrance for customers was closed for renovation and adequate information was provided to direct visitors to the entrance that is being used. The place was not crowded when I visited but I noticed that seats and positions on the floor are clearly marked to maintain social distance due to covid19. I visited to receive an item I brought online which was sent from Netherlands. I asked the staff that attended to me if it was okay to take pictures and she said "yes". She was very friendly and professional.

I was Hosted by Mr.Awad , I was glad to see their team work ,SOP and professional level of handling. Mr.Awad had personally handled all the physical and paperwork.Made it so easy even past his duty time.Very thankful to their management and team.

Staff need more training and communication should be proper between customer I feel they're doing like first time very disappointed customer service and given me wrong commitment

The amazing lady on counter 5 took the time to personally pack my parcel. She was very courteous towards customers and welcoming everyone with a smile. The excellent supervisor lady was making sure everyone has been looked after efficiently. Well done E-Post for improving services. Way to go...

As for delivery I will give 5 star, I sent twice package of goods to South Korea and it was delivered well. As for stuff, first time my delivery was handled my a man, he handled it perfectly and put address correctly. I went again last month, had to write each product name number weight and price. A lady handled and she refused to write the address I gave. I had to write it by hand on paper and box. So your experience might differ.
My parcels were delivered safely both the times so I'm fine with that.

I told to the authority to send my Emirates ID throw Emirates post that I can easily collect. But Whenever I realised that it’s Eid vacation may be I Won't be able to collect my Emirates ID. I was to much thinking. I ask a question to Emirates post I can collect my ID in Eid vacation or not.Thay said yes.Alhamdulillah. Very nice survive. Thanks to Emirates post. Anis Al Ain
