I just Visited this branch today 9th June 2023 at around 5:40 pm to pick up the emirate's id of my staff. I showed the message received on the phone. Guy on the counter asked me for the paper and I said before I had picked it up by showing the message. He became rude and talked to me without any respect. I showed him my PRO card and explained to him I’m the PRO. Later he said I will do you a favor this time, and next time you must learn. The way he treated me I was so humiliated. I was so shocked. How can someone talk to a customer who is sitting for customer service? I can’t describe how bad-mannered he was. The way he talks to me is like, I’m his slave. I hope that higher management can remove this guy and bring some well-mannered people to the branch. Or they should at least take an appropriate action.

Baniyas Post Office Abu Dhabi.
It's always busy. Parking is impossible only few parking bays. You have to park on the sandy area. Staff are very friendly and polite.

Visited this branch today 6th Jun 2022 at 4:55pm and there's an Arab guy sitting in white kandora is the most bad mannered person. The way he talks to the people is like, they're his slaves. I wish, if higher management can remove this guy and bring some well mannered people to the branch.

Rude and unprofessional staff at the counter. I just Visited this branch today 9th June 2023 at around 5:40 pm to pick up the emirate's id of my staff. I showed the message received on the phone. I ASKED HIM BACK IF YOU ARE DOING FAVOR THEY WHY YOU ARE RUDE AND SO ANGRY. THEN HE SAID JUST GO AND I WON'T GIVE YOU THE ID and HE DIDN'T GIVE ME ID. IF he really wanted that paper WHY not simply informed me that we can't give ID without the paper. WHY so much disrespect, WHY so much talk ? Has he learned this attitude from Indian police ????How can someone talk to a customer who is sitting for customer service? I can’t describe how bad-mannered he was. Slow only one employee when I came to collect ID card which I used todo in few minutes in other branches it took me like decades I don't know why they send it there

The arab lady in counter number one in the morning is very racist. Makes people wait and deals with only people showing up in local attire. Very bad service from here. Im waiting here for 1 hour now
