The setvice cannot be any worse than that. I chose to pickup the delivery from their location then a guy phone me up and asked me about the address!!! Then I gave it to him and I said 9 am to 4 pm is no way that I can wait that long, you need to prvoide me a tighter range then he said 9 am to 1 pm, I said ok.

The delivery guy asked me about the location again then he said after several discussions and confirmations and landmarks about the location and only after I called him to see where is he, that he will come after 1 hour!!!
