The service was quick. The lady agent was professional. I had even made a slight correction to my address that I provided initially, she happily processed my request.

I live in Al Zeina and google maps suggested this branch. Wasn't that easy to find the office as I have never been to Masdar City but people at Siemen's Bldg were very helpful when I asked the location. It's a small office and the staff was welcoming and very helpful. She did a great job explaining different rates of sending a parcel internationally and prohibited items as well. It is a five star if only POS terminal was working. Good thing I had cash with me to pay for the boxes. Will be back to send a parcel with cash ready next time.

Terrible post office. Make the effort and go to the khalifa city branch. The guy working there is extremely slow working, and hard to understand and gets grumpy if you ask him to repeat himself. He also wouldn't let me pay with card yet didn't have change for cash?? seems like a scam. Emirates post if you are reading this I highly recommend you fix these problems

Trust Me !!!! your shipment will go everywhere around UAE in empost. VERY BAD QUALITY. When you ask tgem where your shipment is at they will tell you it is coming. You will wait more than a week you will have to go the post get it even though you ordered a delivery. And apparently you have to pay the delivery due to you being LATE to collect it ...... they are scammers dude

F..... Trash. First asked to pay cash, no problem. Then wanted to give me a slightly torn box, ummm. Okay. Then when I went to hand her money, she said no change. I asked to use a card, she said no. You go get change and come back!
