Lovely shop, we spent a small fortune as the choice is really good. Loved that we found our fave brand , JR pet products which is 100% natural and they have other fab natural treats too. A very frosty reception and no assistance what so ever offered from the lady at the till and the car park is a bit challenging esp if you care about your car as it looks like a moon landing.

I usually order on line and receive a fast and efficient service. There is an extensive choice of healthy treats for my GSD and some even last longer than 30 seconds????. My last online order was “lost” by the courier and I just happened to be in Hayle later that week. The lovely ladies in the shop sorted it out and made up a replacement box of goodies for the one languishing somewhere in a distribution depot without any quibbling. Excellent telephone customer service. We were so very pleased that we were able to visit the shop as the Team there are genuinely friendly, happy and very helpful. Our GSD thought she was in Heaven and loved everything and everybody ????. We first purchased from this store as it is a small local store, the kind we like to support. We will continue to support the store not only because it’s local ( it’s not that far from Devon !) but also because the Team there genuinely cares about the products they sell and their 2 and 4 legged customers. Keep up the good work. You really do deserve to succeed.

Easy to order online, my delivery was fast with no problems.
The quality of the products was excellent and both my dogs love the fish cubes!
Would highly recommend and will be shopping with them again.

So much to choose from and for the quality, surprisingly affordable. They have a little cafe inside the shop if you fancy a coffee whilst passing through and also offer their own doggy day care. Hidden down a country road outside Hayle, if you’re ever in the area and want to get a few treats for your pet, head here if you have the chance.

Great selection in the shop, I can't comment on the daycare but the facilities looked really good and the staff were very friendly and professional.

I've just received my first order from the Natural Cornish Pet Shop and am VERY, VERY pleased! 1kg pack of sprats, which are all whole fish, no bits and pieces at the bottom of the pack + not all stuck together as other sellers always are + not orange and manky as I've often had from other sellers - even the big name brands. All separate, healthy looking and local fish. Plus very speedy postage with tracked delivery - I live in Surrey and wasn't sure how well the fish would survive if the post was slow - this was no problem. THANK YOU Natural Cornish Pet Shop, you have a definite future repeat-customer with one very happy hound!
