Samaavar tea is a lill bit rare thing you can find in Al Ain. This restaurant located just in the vicinity of town centre have it. And they had varients of snacks too.

Fresh milk tea, but milk isn't fresh. Expired milk when i try to complain them they said other person drunk but he didn't say anything. So i took the picture. Service is also very poor and high prices comparing to other cafes in the area.

very bad experience, too lazy service, rude and arrogant staff, inexperienced, bought a sandwich at very high price but was old paratha and chicken was very smelly. worst chai

Since Bob & his wife left, this business has gone downhill.
They fail to deliver what is ordered and charge twice.
Nonchalant attitude behind the counter.
