The gym provides a great place for different types of workouts, and couches that would instruct you well to use the machines. They offer great prices for the services provided. Big thanks to Hashir!! All the best

What makes the gym complete is the couches very understanding and knowledgeable couches and excellent treatment for all their clients and trainees

Their service is good not gonna lie. But the gym is way too expansive. There is no bench. There are no weights heavier than 3 Kilos. If I'm paying almost 500DHS per month, which the prices get low or high depending on their promotions, which is unfair as well, I should at least have all the gym equipments, heavier weights, machines of all kind. Not everyone just wants to run off on a treadmill and lose their weight. Some people want to gain muscles and in order to do that you need proper weights, not just 3 kilo dumbbells. You need proper machines, which are only three or four, and that's not enough, and the rest machines have no weight adjustment.
The only good thing about it is, the location is at a very good place, it's at walking distance for many ladies. Other than that, it's way too expansive, and you don't get to have all the things in the membership.
