I came to this post office today on recommendation, from my friend who also used it for the first time last week, it was immaculately presented all stock with I shop was clean an fresh not spot dust in sight . Staff were amazing helpful , and friendly no waiting in long Que.
I went into renew my passport not only did the lady help with the Photo Booth advising , but the whole process was so quick.
I wasn’t a local as they noticed from my post code but well worth the travel.
Thank you I will return an happily recommend.

Unfortunately I went in and asked for the post office help with applying for a passport online. Not a nice experience! As a disabled person the person who took me through the process was very patronising and judgemental towards disabled people, to make matters worse i was charged £98 for this shockingly bad service!

I cannot recommend this post office enough. The staff are all so helpful and friendly, even though it was busy! Satpal helped me send a parcel overseas, the box I had used caused the weight to go over slightly and when I say this lady went above and beyond to help me, I mean it. Great customer service and lovely people - thank you.

The best service ever. All team members are amazing and helpful. I could not sorted out my issue with my portuguese long long name without their wonderful service.
Particularly lady Satpal for her smile and time.
All of you teach me that never give up because some services are priceless!

I use this post office for not only all of my business banking but also for my personal banking too! They are so friendly and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. My husband and I renewed our passports here today and they made the process so easy, no form filling in for us at all. I would recommend them to anyone! Harmeet was the lady who dealt with our passports today and was extremely efficient and friendly. However saying that all of the staff there are always willing to help. Their customer service is exceptional. Well Done, Kingstanding Post Office, Keep up the good work!

I have known the owners of Kettlehouse post office for years. They are such a lovely family and i eould highly recommend this post office and gift shop. The handbags are really good quality and well worth the money and look expensive but aren't.
The greeting cards are fantastic and much better than the card factory. Lil her hubby and harvinder and the other staff go out of there way to help you. Happy xmas and happy new year to you all xx

My experience was very good at this post office. Harmeet, the assistant assisted me greatly in filling out the return form for the item I was returning. I was struggling and although she was busy doing other tasks, she was patient to assist me. I’m so grateful
