A quiet lounge. They accomodated us because our connecting flight was almost after 10 hours. We landed at Terminal 1 and before proceeding on to Terminal 3 to take our next flight by Etihad, we requested the staff at the Arrival Lounge at Terminal 1 to let us in. And they actually accepted our request! We could shower, relax, charge mobiles, had coffee and snacks. They didn't have a vast spread but their hospitality was impeccable. Thank you, Etihad!

Nice and small airport. It is not as busy as Dubai. You get out of the passport control and luggage collection fairly quickly ????

It has almost many spacious facilities and a wide variety of facilities including prayer room, shower, nursery room, family room, smoking room and A Bar. The food has limited variety but good enough for a grab and go. It is one lounge for both Terminal 3 and 1 so the distance is more for terminal 1 passengers. But the facilities are outstanding very large space and good facilities like charger ports and lighting available. A must visit for frequent travellers.

Very nice comfortable atmosphere to sit and relax after your flight waiting for your Chauffeur to pick you up. Service is friendly and pleasant, but no food variety offered ofcourse understandably, just a few cookies and coffee. Great unwinding place and highly recommended.

had a wonderful experience at the Etihad Arrival Lounge. The staff went above and beyond to assist me. They were incredibly helpful in locating and retrieving my lost items, providing exceptional customer service. The lounge itself offered a relaxing atmosphere, with amenities that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Etihad Arrival Lounge for a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.

This was rather a disappointing experience. I was asked to choose one of the three food option combinations after swiping my priority pass at Almaty airport. They gave a coupon to be encashed at the nearby counter. You have to carry the food tray inside the lounge and have the food there. Inside the lounge, you can get water and soft drinks free. The seating facilities were basic and the washroom was clean.

I upgraded my ticket by the use of air miles and when i arrived to the arrival lounge it was empty and there was too many avilable EY Chauffeur drivers outside, however when I requested to get a driver the supervisor told me that my ticket was upgraded by the use of Etihad air miles therfore I am not illegible to use this service. It was very annoying seeing all the drivers outside doing nothing but chatting with each other and the lounge supervisor refuse to provide the survice.
