Thanks to the management. Very clean, safe, managed excellent. Need more mobile phone charging sockets.-Indian food happy to test buds yet at reasonable price. Wizzair and indigo airlines Check-in very slow, tiresome, should increase more counters. Attitude friendly.

Samir from ethihaad airways who was taking care of the boarding for Wizz air flight W6 7051 8:40 pm departure on 20th March 2023 to Rome , held me back for no reason and was so aggressive and abusive, started talking in Hindi saying aage kidhar ja raha hai ????this was shocking for me to see a Etihad staff behaving in such a manner.. he seriously doesn’t belong to ethihaad who are known for their hospitality and professionalism. I was traveling to Rome having a visa for Belgium he told me step aside and told me to show my tickets to Belgium from Rome.. which clearly is not his authority.. and when I tried to show him the travel ticket he told me to keep waiting just prove his authority.. despite me having a priority boarding.. will certainly highlight this to Wizz air as well about the ethihaad staff is treating their customers

My first time flying witj Etihad Airways. We've flown smoothly from Rome to Abu Dhabi. We are waiting for our connecting flight for Manila. Flight crews are gentle and always wear a warm smile.

Worst experience ever …staff don’t have manners to handle to customers. They are only happy internal staff .
I have some comments regarding the ETHIAD AIRWAYS EY-206 Abu dhbai to Mumbai flight scheduled for March 11, 2023. Never before have I witnessed an airline's cabin crew act in such a disrespectful manner. I'm traveling to Mumbai with a female companion due to a medical emergency, and I've just bought my last-minute flights. When I arrived at the airport, I discovered my ticket had no mention of a baggage allowance; all I had was a 7 kg handbag. My employees informed me that there was an opportunity to upgrade the ticket. I spent my entire one and a half minutes travelling here and there to validate the same things, but I eventually obtained some references from a buddy to assist me but , but they were all useless. As a customer, they are not permitted to speak to me, but other staff members who are travelling on same flight with same situation that they were handling in front of me, and allowed them to carry there 15 kg extra because give order to to do this and that then they mention use seat number 48 something to take the privilege.
I only wanted to pay $1000 aed to get upgraded on my seat that’s all . Because they offer me the same but last moment they refused to do and told me to pay 830 aed .
worst kind of service In the past 12 months, I have visited the Abu Dhabi airport. As I work in the healthcare industry, I am aware of how important my patients are to me. It was simple once I paid because I didn't need to check my bags. I am aware of corporate techniques, yet occasionally, I try to act in an ethical manner. Please refrain from sitting at the counter just to bother the customer. Respect that people don't always travel for enjoyment since sometimes they have to deal with an emergency. Later, when I asked name of the staff members' names, they declined to provide them. Please take action in this regard.

Travelled to Kualumpur and the experience was awesome and the experience was really awesome, enjoyed the amenities onboard including seats, food, beverages and entertainment. Staff were adequately friendly and helpful
