It was a wonderful experience with the fastest of services at the best price in the market. Thanks to Jithin & Team who was very polite and answered all the queries patiently.
Will recommend German Car Owners who treat their cars as their babies to go this place as these people take care of the car as their own coz both me n my wife has German cars ( Bmw & Merc) and they take great care of them!

It is the best BMW service center available in Musaffah. Cooperative and knowledgeable staffs.Very fast fixing with latest equipments. Reasonable price. Easy to access location.

The experience was fantastic. Riyaz exhibited the professionalism expected in a service centre that caters to high-end cars. Throughout the process from car drop off, and communication of updates during the whole service, until the pick up I am very pleased with the complete process. Furthermore, hats off to Sabir that works in the accounts team as well, he is a great communicator and ensured we were taken through the payment options and breakdown of the invoice for all our clarifications.

Excel Auto Workshop is now my preferred service centre and would visit it again.

I came twice to service my car. They take care of the car, inspect it well, and only do the necessary work after explaining to you and asking for your confirmation.
Price are fair.
I appreciate they are listening, available and efficient.

I went for oil change service of my Bmw 316. Mr. Riyas was polite, professional and got the required service done with out delay. Price was also reasonable. Overall, prompt, professional services.
