WORST BANK TELLERS you can find!
If there is score of negative i would.
Tellers are so unprofessional and ill mannered!

My number got called but because she doesnt know how to process money draft, she said go to free teller in counter 5.
I went to counter 5 and told I was asked to come here for moneydraft.
She said - so go wait for your number!
I told her again that my number was called and was asked to go to her.
She repeatedly asked for *what you need this* . In my mind definitely not to bother you and waste my time.

In the end, some guy went out of their doors and fixed her issue.

They should learn to have customer service! They will not be talking to high profile people like this definitely.

its first time in my life when i have such a issues with a bank. Look as customers information is nit safe and ajy time you can receive a call from a spam who can easily said to you all your personal information and take your money from your account. And when you saying on the same time to the bank assistant to cancel the transactions thei will do nothing. And when will you write a despute form no one will contact you for already 6 months. Only you will keep calling and they will be using your credit for notification of your personality and just after will tell you that it’s connected to some unreal department which will never answer you on email or on the phone calls. So frustrating with such a care and work from the bank side. If you want to be safe and have money on your account do not recommend to have a deal with 1FAB at all.

Giving 5 Stars for your staff Mohammad Aman (AUH mall br), Ibrahim (HO), Jafar and Mahmoud in the call center, Mohammed in the complaints dept. They treated me like a human not just a number and went the extra mile to ensure that my horrible experience with FAB was made well. Would only give a 1 star to FAB as a company.
- FAB had a wrong DOB and email ID on thier systems due to which I never received any form of communication about a minimum balance account which I never knew existed. I couldnt even clear security with the call center due to the wrong DOB on thier systems. What's worse is that, it affected my Aecb credit score which almost caused me to loose an employment offer here in the UAE.The gentlemen mentioned above made sure that my issues were sorted out and are an asset for FAB. Thanks to them my problems with FAB were cleared. If it wasn't for them I would've never had this issue sorted out. There were many others who treated me badly, like a number not a human being who constantly tried to ask me questions to mask FABs mistakes and attempt to shift the blame on me.

Just got the credit card, all the process went smoothly. Now it has been 4 days since I got card, evey single day I recieve 5,6 calls for taking loan and cash out of credit card. I requested, begged for stopping this, but every time there is a new sales person on the other side. Thank you for making my life hell, I'll try to get rid of this credit card ASAP.

Here in this FAB office I was provided two FREE FOR LIFE credit cards, and the following year I was charged for both - a change in policy, which was apparently communicated to me somewhere in between all the spam calls offering me more credit cards and loans. I send daily emails which are ignored other than automated responses and the occasional "we have passed your email to the concerned department". 5 miserable years banking with FAB, awful customer service, so many examples.

I was having an emergency, and needed to send money to my family, and then I couldn't access my mobile bank nor the card transaction, and I saw, they have blocked it. The system is always on maintenance anyway, you cannot count on FAB for emergency. I called customer service and she said; "why? didn't you receive any news about FAB that there would be an update in the system? you need to wait!". I was so stressed. I need to change my bank immediately, I feel like my savings is not safe at all.

THE WORST BANK !
Signed up for credit card and since day 1 they keep calling every day to offer cash in advance. Non stop calls despite me telling them that I am not interested. Clearly terrible customer service.

The customer support is the worst I even had.
I've faced a problem with an international transfer and already
more than one month my complain is no solved.
To be a customer of FAB you have to be ready for:
1) customer service is very slow;
2) if you will have any question/problem be ready that complain will not be registered from first attempt;
3) my complain was registered from third attempt but during already almost one month nobody from the bank contact me. How many times I called to CS service and received only the promises that specialist will contact me.
Strongly not recommend this bank, you will not receive any support if you will need.
