I just want to thank you with your service online banking. Thanks to Abanob Abdelshahid senior sales agent for ur help guidance and advices. Thanks to him for helping me out on my request to change and replace my new credit card. He’s very accomodating and friendly. Everything was completed smoothly so fast and easy for me.

I have been charged for the Membership fee for a cash back card of 500 AED + VAT, which I did not know that there would be an annual fee on that card. Also it's been added to my statement without any notice or any notification which is unethical and I believe it's for next year. If that's the case i don't want to continue with this card anymore please cancel my card.
I raised a request yesterday at customer support, now i have received a call and they told me we aren't able to waive off the charges and she offered me 100 AED discount then i call to customer support and that lady offered me 200 AED discount, seriously? What's happening, is this a joke? Why should I pay the amount which I'm not aware of?

Also in the Schedule of Charges mentioned the annual fee is 315 AED. But bank charged 500 AED + VAT.

Now the customer support person is stating that i have to pay this fee in any case and they can;t able to raise the request as well. I'm sorry, no I will not pay these charges, i will clear my payment which is spent by me as well i never delayed my payment now this is the reward i'm getting of that, worst service i got form FAB, i will never recommend FAB to anyone in the future.

Whenever I have a returned cheque, Only main branch with staff named Jawaher who is happy to help me with that, even if it’s after working hours. She’s always been so helpful and nice. Best experience!

I will never recommend FAB to anyone, quite the opposite will warren anyone will mention that he is planning to join your bank
I was a 6 years loyal customer using only your banking services ( car Loan, Salary account, CC, QC, .....) but good luck after what happened.
- I reduced the CC Limit to 5K and will settle the duo amount and will close it at the nearest after you reduced it to 15k while you are the one who increased my limit to 41K after seeing my spending and my payment history.
- I opened an ACC with a respective Bank ENBD and will transfer my salary to it you don't deserve
- I applied for ENBD CC and will receive it this week
- even they offered me the personal loan I was planning to get with a very good rate
lastly, Very unprofessional customer service and you know nothing about problem-solving, your call center acting with no responsibility for the customer complaining when I'm talking to them feels like "SO WHAT YOU WANT TO GO JUST GO WE DONT CARE"

This is one of the finest FAB towers in Abu Dhabi. Customer service is excellent, dependable, and prompt. Mrs. Svetlana assisted me in resolving my problem; she was very helpful and clearly explained and solved the issue for me.
I strongly advise you to visit this branch if you have any problems or need assistance.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting the staff at FAB tower 1 branch Abudhabi .They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my banking needs were met. They were friendly and professional, and made the entire process of setting up my account and managing my finances a breeze. I would highly recommend FAB1 Twoer to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy banking partner.
