FAB MURABBA
Delivery services are so poor.
Attempted order for delivery for several days but nobody's replying..I ask for the store personel about delivery they said all are fully booked and they cannot accommodate all but you will see 2 motorbike parking only in front of the store.

a very unsatisfied customer right here... just wanted to buy fresh... seems the guy attending is trying to i.d. me... so this normally happens in your store... trying to ask " where a re you from..?" not even a relevant question to i am buying... it's a racist question... and when i told him... that it's not a good thing to ask nationality by that way... and he did still argue... well you can just say sorry... much easier...ended up buying nothing... please try to be good on your customers... and don't argue... nonsense questions... and also stop id eing people in your shop... a very bery bad experience... thumbs down...

Customer service was great - I called ahead and was told I could come straight in and was met with polite and considerate staff. I had been told by another garage that there was a problem with my exhaust but the mechanics reassured me there was no problem and fixed a smaller issue free of charge. Very quick and reliable, would definitely recommend. Thank you!

A late Saturday afternoon visit after a stone had made a hole in the sidewall of my tyre. The fitter who's name was Habibur was helpful, polite and cheary. I would be happy to return for further work should it become necessary

Yannis went the extra mile, finding a tyre that other centres don't stock, ordering it immediately and calling me when it arrived. He was polite, professional and very pleasant. I made an appointment time which suited me for the following day. The job was done perfectly and very quickly. Would recommend this Kwik Fit very highly.

Just one tyre fitted, friendly and helpful advice on the telephone to book and received the same when I arrived Saturday morning. Excellent service would recommend Kwik-Fitters for a fast efficient service, best to book first as the guys were really busy.

Excellent service from Yanni, my locking wheel nut tool had sheared and he saw to my vehicle within 10 minutes on a busy Saturday and had it all sorted. Very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be coming back again!

The Online purchasing of the tyres was incredibly easy and I managed to pick up a discount on the tyres which made Kwik Fit prices the most competitive.
The booking time slot for fitting was accurate with no waiting around.
And you need to give the manager there a medal - he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous - far better than some of the previous managers (but I have always returned to Kwik Fit despite that)

I recently took my vehicle in for its first MOT at Kwik-Fit in Potters Bar. I waited in the shop during the test and wanted to write a review to commend the centre manager Yannis Krouti.
During the hour or so I was in the shop, Yannis dealt with several customers all with different problems, some urgent and from all walks of life.
His calm, courteous and helpful demeanour and genuine wish to assist his customers in the best way possible shone through.
In an era where customer service and good general manners are declining at a worrying rate, I was very impressed with the polite and knowledgeable way in which he managed the clients. I work in private healthcare and someone with Yannis's client management skills would be welcome to front my practice any day. Well done.
Oh, and the MOT went very smoothly as well.

Great service - booked my wife's Tucson in for a rear wheel puncture repair. No quibbles or queries- the guys just repaired it and when I went to pay I was surprised to be told it was free of charge. I do accept I take my car there for tyre replacement but even so - brilliant gesture ????. We'll done and thanks, Peter H
