Officers are really helpful and hospitable. But government should make a public toilet around this civic area. Because people from all around Alain comes here and they need to have a place to relieve and refresh themselves.

Big thank you to Shamma and Maryam, those ladies helped my sister to received ID for Disaster and War countries. We are from Ukraine and appreciate UAE help to our country. Especially Shamma was very helpful, answered all our questions and contacting all another centers which we needed to visit. It was first time when Al Ain started give this king of Visa to Ukrainian! Thanks for support!

Al hosn App when going there should have letter E valid for 7 days .? what if already 8 days and E is gone already, are I am still allowed to pass inside? Thank you..

Really great mechanics, go above and beyond with your vehicle... however... their customer communications is spartan at best. They are never rude, just... "not mindful of the customers' need to be kept updated"... would be the most appropriate phrase I would use. Exceptional value for money, but that does means no CRM from a full-time receptionist/customer manager. You just have to trust them...

Started off well, they collected our car quickly, But then it all changed. They do not get back to you with an update. I thought that the job could take a week or so to fix as it was a gearbox issue but 10 weeks!! Our main gripe was just not being kept in the loop, and although we had a courtesy car from them at the end my wife lost her job as she could not get to work (over 100 miles a day to and from work) and we never knew when we would get it back. They did reduce the total bill and apologise. Enstone please tell your customers whats happening and keep them updated, if only we knew at the beginning we could have made plans.

What a brilliant team!! I went there with my car as its brakes kept locking under 30 mph so they sourced the problems and gave me a very good quote I have had all the work done in just 2 weeks I was amazed how quick and resourceful the guy are there and they couldn't be more happy to help!!

Great Service all round, I had brake discs, pads and tyres done. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard. Would strongly recommend.
