Poor service. Don’t go anybody there. The Don’t know how to enter correct information. Most of the employees working their is trainees.
Entering information as wrong makes it more complicated. Better to go typing centers.

I had to renew the Aounak card but the typing centers wouldn’t renew nor help me know where to renew until I came here and they finished the process quickly and effectively.

Wasted 30 minutes of drive just because of wrong information of business hours, sunday closed but no body bothered to change business hours in the google maps....

كل المعاملات والاجراءات الحكومية هناك وشي برع مكتب طباعه وتصوير بكل مصداقية المكان نظيف جدا ومرتب والديكور وكل شي منظم وشي كوفي داخل و بعد خدمة ذاتيه والاستقبال رائع و الموضفين جدا خلوقين متعاونين حتى السكيورتي فيه واحد سوداني جدا متعاون ومحترم والاخوات في جدا متعاونين شكرا حكومتنا الرشيده ماقد دخلت وطلعت زعلانه منهم

افضل خدمة عملاء شفتها في الإمارات. الموظفين في قمة الاخلاق و متعاونين مع الجميع بدون اي تفرقة. رغم ان تطبيق تم و طلباته معقدة الا ان الموظفين سهلوا العملية و ساعدوني على خل مشكلتي في وقت قياسي.
