FYI: I personally respect and admire this brand for many reasons, but I started to change my mind about it after these two incidents.
On 24 Nov 2021 afternoon, I was sold a display bag which was damaged. How it happened and why I didn’t see it, is the shocking part of this story. At the store I was welcomed by a lady whom she appeared to be a magically nice and innocent salesperson (Moroccan). I expressed my interest in the (SunShine Bag) she proposed to show me a dark blue color which was not on display. I loved the bag, and said will take it later. Here comes the BIG SCAM. The salesperson said it was the last piece in UAE and cannot be reserved not even for an hour. I felt pressured to buy it. She insisted it was the last piece again and again and it will soon be on display. I made a decision to buy it. Surprisingly, I open the bag at night, and find clear damage all over the bag. I was shocked and knew this isn’t new ( this is the DISPLAY). I texted her on WhatsApp and expressed my dissatisfaction politely, she immediately offered me to visit the store and order a new one from Italy. When I came to the store I asked for a refund and her face turned blue and started raising her voice saying refund is not accepted in Fendi. Then Informed her that I know the policy, she changed her tone and said “I don’t advise you and it will take minimum a month”.. she was terrified I make a complain or refund cause I will have to state the reason which in this case (I was lied to by one of Fendi’s salesperson). I asked for the manager cause she almost lost it and her attitude was coming from a defensive sense as she was so scared. She said he is on a break and will let him call me. In an hour the manager calls. And he his customer care is even worse. Until now I didn’t get an answer as the manager said they found one in DUBAI and it will be delivered to Abu Dhabi by 2 days.
The second story. Simply, simply, the sunglasses I bought from this branch (UAE, Abu Dhabi) was too light and breakable and the ones I saw in Paris’s store (in France) has a different and way better quality.

this was my first time dealing with abudhabi branch.
I got a bag from Monaco and lost the invoice.. Nada and Hader Did their best to help me.. I really appreciate their efforts ????????
They were very kind and sweet! Thanks again ladies. They are the best!
