Was given an emergency prescription by the ambulance service on Christmas Eve. Told to collect from crediton boots on Christmas Day. Drove for 30mins to get there on Christmas Day and the pharmacist tells me she can’t download prescription as she forgot her smart card. Just what is the point of being open on a bank holiday if people can’t get emergency prescription. Complete waste of time. An hour out of my family’s Christmas Day just wasted on a pharmacist who forgets the tools of her trade!!

I visited boots today as had to collect my some medication the staff are always friendly and give advice where needed had my flu jab which was administered by the pharmacist I always use boots and would recommend them for the first class service they deliver.

Good selection, friendly staff.
On street parking can be difficult, but carpark around the corner.

Recieved excellent service from the staff and pharmacist was given advice on medication i was purchasing. I will continue to use Boots as its conviently situated in Crediton high street.
