Long wait time, attitude from workers when rendering services. 2 weeks so far to cash a settlement check. They are currently sabotaging my chances at reaching the settlement of my previous credit card and receiving a settlement letter to get the rest of my loan amount from Mashreq Bank.

Worst bank.. as the staff are really slow and not polite at all.. i have account there and for anything i go there, they always have to keep me waiting.. i wanted a bank statement of my account at morning 10am.. the whole bank did not have stamp to stamp the statement... they said they will have the stamp in their possession after 4pm. How can a bank not have a stamp of their own.

They are not strict in the queuing system especially for the customer service. Please be professional and fair in serving everyone. I have never gotten a good customer service experience here eversince the time I transferred from another bank. Totally different from the previous one.

Do not go here. From the bank to the employees itself specially thier customer service they are all lazy. Go find another branch or better find a good bank. I will never do bank transaction with this branch. Very not higly recommended!

Unprofessional staff with less knowledge about customer service, just wait for hours and everyone is busy in gossip or busy on calls, the branch staff needs to improve customer service, just because of poor customer service, decided better to quit banking with FAB and applied for deactivation of account in FAB....????????????

The bank was registered twice in Google map one opening at 10am and the other one states that it's opening 9am. I was here 9am only to be told they're opening at 10am They didn't made any correction.
