The salesperson ,that I had today, wasn’t in the mood I think or may be she only wanted to sale anything. She didn’t focus at all. She tried some shades of Fenty eaze drop. I once I chose the shade that matches my skin, she couldn’t remember the number of the correct shade. We tried again and we chose again. I bought it and when I reached home, I found a dark shade which doesn’t match my skin! ????u200d????????????

Staff is in desperate need of trainig.. (how to stop harassing customers).. nobody wants to go to sephora anymore, we'd all rather buy online than step into the shop.

I had a horrible experience here . The sales person who attended me was really rude.. when I wanted to try another shade for my eyeliner, she raised her brows and seemed so frustrated .. is that not their job to make people welcomed and show them what suits them the best .. ? Every time I visit there , it’s always like this .. terrible customer service

Sephora has a good selection of brands, this applies to any Sephora in the world. However, the staff at this Sephora immediately start haunting and harassing as soon as you enter the store. IT IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING! Let the client browse and look around without any of the staff breathing down your neck, please let me shop in peace.

Pushy sales tactic. In other Sephora shops, the customer is allowed to search through the store without staff interference.
