it is worst bank i have ever dealt with in UAE, my debit card has been hacked however I didn’t use my debit card for local purchases or online purchases, i have never been yo the transaction location and my card never left my wallet and when i went to the branch, they advised me to contact them though email, How come? i am in front of you asking you a service and you tell me contact through email. finally i sent email and got the reply that it will take from 60 to 180 days OMG!!! i dealt before with ENBD, ADCB and Masheq, they have stronger system not like this bank. my money stolen in seconds because of the weak bank system and i have to wait 180 day to be refunded

The personnel were very helpful. I had been directed from customer call center and even mushrif mall branch to go here to solve my case of fund transfer from a dormant account to my current account. Mr. Fathy and Ms Reem were the most helpful and went all the way to help me. Very good banking experience.

The worst call centre customer service, I have ever meet in my life, answer machine and AI are very very stupid, You can stay very long time to reach customer service because of the automated AI instead it is hanging with many bugs, if I tried to call customer service call center, I will waste more than one hour, the Mobile application is good really

Very very slow service, i wait from 9:15 am to 9:52 am still no staff in counter. They dont care about customer.

Very bad attitude of the lady on counter 5... I was really disappointed and you should employ people who are professional with customer care.
We come to get services but we end up getting anxiety within the back. The lady is really un professional ???????????? I could even cash my cheaq today at 1:45...
