I was in the branch this afternoon
Waiting time wasn’t really that bad 30mins
But after that I met madanmohan. Honestly didn’t have a pleasant experience
He kept talking to me like Iam a kid who doesn’t t understand with the way and tone he was using . he kept using words like “ you are forcing me “ which I didn’t and said to him don’t put words into my mouth. Zero zero customer service. Everything I asked the answer was no and no explanation or logical reason. After banking with FAB for almost 20 yrs this is the customer service ?
I asked for the name of the branch manager and the reply was “ she is coming in the evening “ I had to ask again what is the name he replied with her first name I had to ask again what’s her full name.

My experience with this branch is very positive. I always resolve everything relatively fast. Like in all banks, all over the world, it is sometimes necessary to wait a little bit longer. But many things depend on the clients and their needs. Especially thanks to Mr Shastri for solving my last request. He completed everything very professionally and efficiently.

There is a lot of bad reviews about customer service until today there are no improvements and customer service not care about the customer and he left away and pretended that he didn’t look to the customer unprofessional.

It’s Abu Dhabi First bank !!! Really!!!! Management need to take action ASAP please

They need more customer service representatives… waiting times over 40min. Call Centre automated response is not helpful either. Could use some upgrades. Frustrating that other banks are offering many of the services over there app and fab isn’t.

I was always wondering why do FAB have a customer ticket numbers, I still don't know and that's because they never ever respect customers nor the system. People are entering by how strong are their relationship with the customer service staff. No respect for the humen being waiting. And the security keeps looking at you waiting for a reaction. Very strange indeed and if you dare to complain.. guess what, no one cares.

Absolutely no care of the client !
I have an Elite account since almost 10 years with them . It’s since three weeks that I am trying to have an answer to an important question and no feedbacks at all!
Even on the FAB app, I sent four messages to my “supposed” contact relation representative and nobody is replying.
Simply ridiculous and not acceptable!

Very baddd service .. I’ve been waiting here in FAB for more than an hour.. my number was called by counter 3 ….only to be asked to wait again as the staff in counter 3 refused to accommodate us although he was the one who called my number… the staff kept bouncing customers from counter to counter …I only wanted to submit some clients’s papers… no wonder customers are going other banks…..

WORST BANK EVER! Stay away from this bank if you don't want headache from bank fees/charges. Their customer service is worst as well. If you will raise an issue, it will take months and thousands of calls before they will attend to it. And you have to talk to a lot of customer service representative before you can find someone who can understant your simple issue! Save yourself from a stressful bank! I am closing my card with them for 1 year eventhough they charges AED 525 for until Dec 2023 use. I prefer EMIRATES NBD. They still have the best banking service for 8 years straight!
