Worst place.
Management doesn't care to respond to any injuries.
Today dated 1st August 2023 my child was bitten to bleed by another child and the management did not provide any first aid neither the staff made any efforts to remove the child (who attacked other children too) from the play place.
After calling the mall security and police we were provided first aid by Yas Mall security.
The cctv footage was taken by the mall security from the manager of pop in and play.
During the entire scene the manager kept on laughing on the incident.
We were given an option to file a complaint against the child which we refused because the main responsibility was of the pop in and play management.
Shame on you

Such a good place to leave your kids while shopping, there are many types of activities in here such as playing lego and PS4.
It costs almost 35 AED
They charge almost 5 aed for socks.

Cool games, lots of Legos & lots of friends! My son loves coming to play at Pop in and Play and we love that there is an attentive staff there to greet him and help ensure his play time is a fun time. All of the staff know my son by name since we come in pretty often and they’re always happy to see him. We love having the option to drop him off to play while we do our shopping. He doesn’t usually like to walk with us while we shop so it’s good that he can play and make new friends during that time instead. ???????? The price is a little higher than comparable experiences but for the services being rendered, i feel its worth it.

I have 2kids age 4,5yrs&3yrs. Last week we came here and the staff allowed my son 3yrs to play on the other side for age above 3yrs but this week we came again, another staff did not allowing us (my son&i) to play on the other side due to his age. The reason why he wants to play on the side because he want to play with his sister. My concern is...please brief your properly and strict with the rule not based on their mood or depend who are the customers.

The receptionist was very rude ... i was just asking her a simple question and she was like dont shout plz... also when i asked her we ll try being on time but plz if we are 2-3 mins late plz excuse us... she said no be on time etc ... so unwelcoming... i felt like taking my kids away and was sooo turned off but then just let it go
