Very poor customer service. My lights supplier uses them and they were supposed to come for a pick up 4 days ago. I have been calling their Dubai office every day and they keep telling me that the driver is coming on the same day without use. Extremely unreliable.

very very very worst and rude delivery guy ever i experience today in khalifa st... hes face is very angry because he said of the parking.. he even not say sorry and not putting inside the items which is heavy...expensive payment also while other courrier is only 37.00 for big parcel but for them they took 40.00.
They should teach their staff the proper customer service. no star at all for being rudest delivery guy ever.

Timely delivery is good (their own scheduled time)
Behaviour against Customer is not satisfied.
There is a man (Indian, owner of that firm) his behaviour is not good against the customers and not a proper way of calculating amount.
If you go there don’t give any parcels to him, give any others.
Others are good ???? people
They can’t give any value to small qty parcel giving teams and also new customers.
