This shop deserves 5 stars when the shop owner is on the till..

But his wife has had many complaints for her customer service and refusing to do anything about it, it deserves a 1 star rating.

She speaks to children in a very rude, condescending manner to rush them out the store and will tell you to hurry up if you take too long etc. If parents saw how she speaks to their children, she would be given the good slap to her face she truly deserves.

Went to get a new electric key and the woman in the shop told me to go somewhere els and started snapping she was very rude ! Also had to knock on the window for her to open the shutter on the door. What’s point having a shop if you can’t run it right……

Lovely fella, goes out of his way to help, I'm not in there that much to say I live round the corner, but when I do his beer is cold and god only knows how he crams so much stuff in that little shop! Hes short of nothing.

Make sure you go when the bloke is in because his wife is Pure rude, it’s as if she doesn’t want your money, I’ve been told to hurry up because she can’t be bothered. I’ve heard her call another customer a b***ard in front of me, she’s got no customer service skills whatsoever. Also bought a packet of crisps from here, got them home to find they’d been cellotaped up across the top.
